If you wish to personalise the urn with either a plaque or engraving it will take a little longer. This is because we need time to design and produce the plaque or engraving to your specifications. We also require your approval of the design to guarantee accuracy before we complete the task. The maximum time it might take to do this work will hardly ever be more than 30 days for delivery.
